So I did a thing. I did a big thing in a way. I have always wanted a skid steer, I mean what guy wouldn’t right? So I got one! Along with that skid steer I got a dump trailer. We bought some land here in Wilburton. I needed something to manage that land. I was going back and forth with a tractor or a skid steer. In the end, I got a skid steer. It has pretty much all the same attachments as a tractor but in a smaller profile. So we plan on cleaning some of the land out with the skid steer and build a house on there. But we thought, so what else can I do with the skid steer? The answer is to help people with their needs. As a result, Cocke Services was created here in Wilburton, Oklahoma.

Cocke Services is all about helping people with their needs around their house. I like to help people, so I figured this was a good way to do that. So with Cocke Services I offer simple land scanning services like grading material, delivering materials, moving materials around. Soon I will be offering mulching services, cutting and brush hogging services as well. Along with my dump trailer, I offer delivering materials, for example, gravel and soil. I will also haul material out. With my skid steer, I will offer simple demolishing services. These services are for small to medium structures. I will also haul the material out. Other services would be moving material to one area to another.

Since I am located in Wilburton I feel like I can travel to multiple areas as well. I will cover Clayton, Talihina, McAlester, Red Oak, and Poteau. I will also cover all other areas that fall within those areas. If you have any ideas, feel free to contact me. I will offer free estimates and quotes on the job and goal. My prices will be reasonable and negotiable. Nevertheless, I will charge $45 dollars an hour for the machine. Prices would also depend on the location of the job.
